If I had no clue how magazines work I would say 'clever timing'. With Rihanna's October tour of South Africa having been announced a little over a week ago this ELLE cover came just in time. A real stroke of luck for ELLE as the Rihanna Navy anticipates the arrival of the Commander-in-Chief! I, for one, cannot wait to read about my current favourite female star. Digging in as we speak!
